Aum Pharmacy

I want to give MAJOR props to Aum Pharmacy. Here is the back story about how I stumbled into their place yesterday. *long post alert* I recently started a new job. Prior to starting I went into a local pediatrician office (where my daughter WAS a patient) they were doing the Covid vaccines there. When I got my 1st shot I explained that I needed a l... ate appointment so I wouldnt have to miss much work. They gladly scheduled me for yesterday. I made arrangements to leave work a half hour early because I had to drive all the way from Waters Ave. 20, YES TWENTY minutes prior to my appointment (and it was also confirmed the day before) they called to cancel me. They said we cant open a new vial just for you and waste vaccines, people no showed! They were super rude and unprofessional. I reminded them why I cannot come back another day and they seemed not to care. Had they called me even an hour prior to my appointment, I wouldnt have had to leave work early & wouldnt have been so ups... I called my Doctor at 9am to get meds for a condition I have that flares up now and then. He called it in and Aum Pharmacy called me within the hour with my prescription ready. I'm on my way to feeling better already instead of waiting two days for the mega corporation to fill my order. Try and get that type of customer service anywhere else.Read More
