Obviously we now have restrictions in place in how we can operate but rest assured that the care of your animals remains a priority. Now that we have been put back in level 3 as of 12pm August 12th the guidelines we have to work under as provided by the New Zealand Veterinary Association are as follows: Please remember to social distance at all times. Please call the clinic to reschedule any no essential vet work. Unfortunately we can not allow any client into the clinic for appointments. Please call reception when you arrive in the carpark and wait for your pet to be checked in. Hand sanitiser is available for use. Any prescriptions can be picked up via an isolation barrier at the front door. Please make sure you phone ahead to ensure we can meet your requirements. If you are feeling unwell please let reception know when you call. Most importantly please know we are here for both you and your pets and the care of your pets is paramount to us.
