AUC LLC (AUC) is a U.S. uranium company in the process of developing a significant new uranium production operation using the In-Situ Recovery (ISR) method. The company has a strong, experienced management and technical team and the Reno Creek Project is fully permitted. In mid-2015, AUC received approval from WDEQ WQD for its four Class I Deep Dis... posal Wells. At the end of July, 2015, AUC was awarded its Permit to Mine from the WQED LQD. In October, 2015, EPA concurred with WDEQ WQD and issued its approval of the Aquifer Exemption for the Reno Creek Project. In October of 2016, AUC received approval of its Air Quality construction permit from the WDEQ AQD. With the February 2017 receipt of its Source and Byproduct Material License from NRC, AUC now has all permits necessary to construct and operate the Reno Creek Project. Incorporating modern mining and processing methods, advanced environmental protection and enhanced safety control operations, the Reno Creek Project will provide fuel to help power the American electrical grid.
