Mr. Ingegneri has more than 28 years of experience developing and implementing successful public/private partnership programs with over 100 municipal and other governmental agencies throughout California. Mr. Ingegneri served as a Division Vice President with one of the largest communications companies in the world, Clear Channel Outdoor, overseein... g their Transit Shelter program throughout Southern California. Mr. Ingegneri served in public office as a Planning Commissioner and then City Councilman in the City of Garden Grove, California from 1992 through 1998. In addition, he served on Garden Grove's Telecommunications Committee. In 2000, Mr. Ingegneri received his Masters in Business Administration from USCs Marshall School of Business. During this time, Mr. Ingegneri also researched the Wireless Industry at USCs Center for Telecommunications Management due to developments he reviewed and approved in public office. Prior to starting ATS, Mr. Ingegneri served as Executive Vice President of a wireless consulting firm in Florida. His duties included developing the operational logistics of managing consultants with their respective assignments, overseeing contract compliance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Mr. Ingegneri was involved with the planning and project management of the development and implementation of their Telecommunications Wireless Master Plan program across the US. Relocating back to Southern California, Mr. Ingegneri started ATS Communications in 2002. He recognized the dramatic increase of wireless site development as a potential dilemma for local government agencies.
