About Atlas Systems
Atlas Systems was established in 1983 with the idea of an underpinning system to correct settling of existing structures. Atlas began providing manufactured steel underpinning in the residential market in 1984. As the company's company grew the company's customers' expectations increased respectively and the company progressed toward new product and equipment development. Due to increased growth, in 1988 Atlas elected to sell ownership to Havens Steel, one of the top five structural steel fabricators in the country. Havens Steel has a strong market, strong infrastructure, and services projects across the globe. The committee at Havens found Atlas credible due to challenging projects in the commercial and industrial markets, as well as the strong prospects of future markets to explore.
