He came over initially to clean out our chimney for a VERY reasonable price but after evaluating it (even climbing on the roof), he didn't find anything to be concerned about. He initially declined payment because of how little effort he put in and didn't want to rip us off but we were more than pleased by not only his professional demeanor and knowledge but also his honesty so we still offered compensation. He has a lot of knowledge regarding home repairs and even offered to assist with handyman work around our house.
