About Atlantic Canada
The ACGA has been involved with this project for about a year. They are the link to the Geocaching community throughout all Atlantic Canada. The ACGA has assisted in finding teachers and school that are interested in being part of the project, they have given advice on geocoin design, they have offered to give talks and training to the schools on geocahing and they have offered to help in the promotion of the project and other environmental activities such as Cache In Trash Out (CITO) events. The ACGA, in partnership with City of Saint John , Saint John High School and ACAP Saint John, and Environment Canada is planning to officially launch this project by hosting two events in Saint John, New Brunswick. The first event will be an Introduction to Geocaching and Geocoin Show . The ACGA will bring its presentation to New Brunswick for the first time.
