Established in 2018. We specialize in improving performance (and decreasing pain/injury rehab) via the use of functional neurology and traditional fitness training. We work with a clientele ranging in age from 10-84, with goals ranging from ditching a walker to earning offers from MLB scouts. Our depth and breadth of education sets us apart from pe... ers in the field, and allows us to deliver uncommon results while educating and empowering clientele to move better. Clients follow personalized short daily homework regimens to enable quick accomplishment of stated goals. Educating and teaching our customers about neurology truly changes lives and is immensely fulfilling. Athletic 4 Life was established in the summer of 2018, although Phil and Barrett have been in the industry far longer. Phil has been training since 2001 and evolving each year due to a relentless pursuit of further education. Similarly Barrett has been involved with fitness since college in 2011. Phil has had the privilege of working with a wide range of extraordinary individuals during his career. He has worked alongside doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, pilates, dance, gyrotonic, and private exercise trainers.
