I've had the privilege coaching men and women from all walks of life, typically falling within the ages of 20 to the later 60s, from beginners to more advanced fitness enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, models, full time parents, couples, athletes, the ones with perfect health and the ones with no so good health including people with medical conditions and/or injuries They won't settle. They want to thrive and shine, not just survive. They want to live the time of their lives. They are willing to be open minded. They are willing to put in the work and apply knowledge.
