If repairs are needed or you have any questions or concerns we have a 24/7 dedicated maintenance team available with out of hours emergency numbers. Assured Lettings likes to keep things simple: we have NO letting fee. When you sign our tenancy agreement, which is University approved, your deposit is protected by My Deposits, a Government authorised protection scheme.
