In addition, we underwrite, fund, and approve loans for FNMA and FHLMC (the government sponsored secondary lenders). ASSET MORTGAGE's mortgage professionals are individually licensed mortgage bankers by the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) to originate residential mortgages in Texas.
