He has experience with entrepreneurial and middle market companies as well as Fortune 50 companies in broadcasting, internet, entertainment, computer equipment and consumer products industries. He has experience working with companies in fast growth situations, those just starting up and companies in crises requiring restructuring and turning around. He helps these companies by improving cash flow, reducing costs, working closely with vendors and payables, raising equity capital and refinancing debt. Also, George will work to further develop and repair ugly relationships with investors, banks and lenders and improve accuracy and timeliness of the financial statements. He is skilled with organizational restructuring and establishing internal controls and procedures. Prior experience includes turning around and selling Upoc Networks to Dada S.p.A., a mobile text messaging company and then selling the combined entity into a joint venture with Sony BMG, holding Chief Financial Officer positions for both public and private companies and various senior financial management level titles for entrepreneurial, middle market and Fortune 50 companies.
