Ashe - Mr. Stephen D. Ashe has over 20 years experience in practicing all types of tasks associated with the performance and management of service contracts. He has participated in the management and operations of 12 Government Contracts over the past 20 years, 14 of which were in the capacity of President of his own Facilities Maintenance Service Company. Duties have included operating and maintaining all equipment related to this type of work as well as having supervision, quality assurance, safety and hands-on experience in all areas of Grounds Maintenance and Site Work. Since the forming of his own company, management duties have included supervision of administrative and overhead operations, policy making, laying out and dispersing work, running crews, conducting quality assurance, keeping time and job estimating for RFQ's on other Government installations. Vice President: Bobby D. Ashe - Mr. Bobby D. Ashe, has over 24 years experience practicing all types of Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping services with Ashe Facility Services, Inc. and a family GMS business. Mr. Ashe is an ISA, certified Arborist, and holds herbicide applicator certifications in Virginia and Florida. He serves on the Board of Directors of the York County Chamber of Commerce, is chairman of the business education committee as well as having served as the chairman for several fund raising events for the chamber and York County school system.
