About Ascend Custom Extrusions
2010: With the support of the company's owners, Highlander Capital Partners, Ascend Custom Extrusions was founded in late 2010 - the first "greenfield" aluminum extrusion facility in the US in almost 40 years. The company's first material was produced in August 2011. 2011: The company's facility was initially equipped with one 8 extrusion press. By the end of 2011, the company had installed the company's second Sutton 7 press. 2013-2014: The facility was expanded by 25,000 sq. ft. to accommodate a new, state-of-the-art Tecalex 9 press. 2016: In an on-going commitment to market excellence, the company welcomed several new members to the company's operations and management teams. 2018: A custom-designed new packaging station was built and installed to improve efficiencies in the packaging process.Explore more
