Mitch Rouse, former ADEQ Office of Law and Policy Chief of Staff, has been name the Office of Air Quality Associate Director. Mr. Rouse replaces Stuart Spencer, who resigned his position earlier this fall. The Asbestos Program has re-vamped a few sections of Regulation 21. These new sections were emailed to the regulated community in mid-November, with a meeting scheduled for December 4, 2019 from 2 to 4 pm, to be held in the commission room at the Department. In the email, Ms. Kimbrough stated this would be a meeting to go over procedural issues with promulgation of the rule changes, as well as an opportunity for the regulated community to discuss "wish list" items for this revision.
