Supported by boutique suppliers, Mr Rush stocks a selective range of fresh produce, with gluten-free and dairy-free options, but its main strength lies in its espressos, delivered through a slow-drip technique that preserves the unique, smooth flavour of Mr Rush's signature blend without burning the coffee. Mr Cooper-Fox hopes that people will visit Mr Rush time and time again for its consistent high quality coffee and food.
