Artmark Products Corporation, importer of industrial components, developed as a sister company to Artmark Associates, Inc., the company's export company. When the original founders of ARTMARK, Arthur Levinson and Mark Shafer (ART & MARK) witnessed the emerging overseas manufacturing presence on their export sales trips, they began by sourcing compo... nents for the company's export U.S. based principles. From this modest beginning, Artmark Products Corporation has developed into an ISO 9001:2008 certified global sourcing entity specializing in quality industrial components produced to customer specifications for OEM and distribution markets. ARTMARK's current owner and president, Frank Kiernan, has worked at ARTMARK for over 30 years. A majority shareholder since 1986, Mr. Kiernan concluded buying out the interests of the original founders in 1990. Mr. Kiernan positioned Artmark Products for expansion by aggressive source development in the Pacific Rim. In response to this growth, ARTMARK relocated its' corporate offices from New York City to Miami, Florida in 1994. In 1998, ARTMARK's expansion culminated with the building of a 40,000 square foot corporate office and warehouse complex to meet the increasing warehousing needs of both the import and export businesses. Artmark Products currently has overseas inspection/sourcing offices in China, India, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea and the company retain qualified sources for castings, machined parts, fasteners, forgings, private label products and other industrial components produced to the company's customer's blueprint specifications.
