Art Partners Custom Picture Framing began by Barbara Sweeney in 2007, after purchasing Forget Me Not Framing which was located in Ashton, Maryland. She soon moved the shop to Clarksville, Maryland and Art Partners Custom Picture Framing was born! After a glorious 10 years of serving our wonderful customer base (many of whom still frequent us) in Cl... arksville, Barbara and team decided the best decision was to move the business one final timeto our beautifully appointed studio out of Barbaras home in Colesville/Silver Spring, Maryland, in the spring of 2017, where our shop resides today. As we are now a home-based business, our drop off/design sessions and pickup are by appointment only. In meeting with you by appointment only, you will be sure to receive 100% of our attention while designing your next custom framing projectno competing with other customers, your time with us is just for you! This new method of working with you insures that we can meet with you when it is convenient for YOU as we continue to provide you with our top-notch skills in framing your photography, oil paintings, watercolors, giclee prints and canvases, childrens artwork, sports memorabilia and more. Together we can design unique pieces to adorn your walls or to give as gifts. We can even help with photo restoration.
