Art and Frames was established in 1995 . Louise Carlisle well known Pastel Artist in Northern Victoria . Ventured into framing at the home dairy farm at Katamatite . Progressing to making frames for local Artists. After shifting to Benalla and the Long winded drought . We Opened up Art and Frames Retail Shop at No 70 Bridge Street. Four wonderful y... ears in a very small shop, we have now moved and prospered at No 42 Bridge St . A larger accommodating store filled with much more quality Artist Supplies, Scrapbooking , Gifts , Wrapping paper and of course Framing with a great retro feel . Now on our sixth year .
