The Arrowhead Center provides services for mental health care, addictive behaviors, and compulsive behaviors. We have been providing client centered care since 1969.... The Arrowhead Center Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. The therapists provide outpatient mental health therapeutic services for individuals, families and groups, and offers services for chemical dependency and substance abuse. The Arrowhead Center, Inc. is licensed by the State of Minnesota and has several staff licensed and certified to provide mental health therapy and chemical abuse services. Arrowhead Center believes in these six fundamental values to guide our mission: Quality. We provide evidence-based practices and welcome innovative practices as informed by research. Person-Centered. We provide a compassionate experience for our clients in an environment that is safe, accepting, culturally sensitive and trauma-informed from before the first call to the after the last visit. Employee-Centered. Our employees are our most valuable asset as they each provide a unique prospective and hold expertise that is valuable to the mission. They will be empowered and given the support and resources to provide the best services possible. Education. We provide exceptional learning experiences through clinical internships and community education that will in turn prevent behavioral health disorders and/or improve outcomes for those with them.
