The board of directors include Chief Executive Officer Brian Kally, Financial Director Tresa Kally and Executive Director Alastair Kally. Brian began his career in logistics in 2006 with Drakensberg Logistics, a transport and distribution services company based in KwaZulu-Natal. Tresa's sound financial knowledge has seen the business improve its operational strategies and gain momentum in sustaining a profitable status. Alastair's expertise and past working experience as an attorney at Webber Wentzel Attorneys adds tremendous value to compliance, health safety and business development of the company. The company has over 120 employees and enjoys a BEE level 3 status. It currently has a fleet of over 63 vehicles ranging from 1-36 tons. Having its head office in central South Africa enables the company to provide a more effective service throughout the country. It is one of the reasons why the company enjoys a minimum 95% service level delivery with all of its clients. Arrow Logistics has been appointed on the Transet SOC Limited panel of service providers in 2012 and has been providing Transnet with ad hoc transportation ever since. In April 2013 the company was also awarded the National Line-Haul contract for The South African Post Office servicing routes between Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Upington and Durban.
