Teresa has spent over 20 years working for and with organizations of various sizes and budgets, and has been on the management teams of organizations with budgets ranging from $50,000 all the way up to $50 million. Teresa holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and holds a Community and Civic Leadership Coach Certificate through the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC). Teresa has completed leadership training with both KLC and the Center for Creative Leadership. She has also completed Case in Point training with KLC, training in effective facilitation with Leadership Strategies, training with Robert Kegan in the Immunity to Change approach and is a Certified TotalSDI Facilitator.
