Armadillo Trailer Manufacturing is a family-run business. Brothers, Mike and Jason Jong were born into the business following in the footsteps of their father, Allan. As a family, the outdoors and camping have helped define who they are and as outdoor enthusiasts they also know the importance of quality time. Jason and Mike have always had a love f... or the classic, rounded small trailers and have been modifying, rebuilding and customizing these beautiful little units for years. Using experience and innovation, the hand crafted armadillo and more recently the BACKPACK trailers have and will inspire memories to fulfill a life of camping dreams. Our recreational trailers are made from the very same production moulds that produced the legendary small trailers. These moulds have been out of production in Canada for many years but have now been rescued, repaired, altered and improved. Technology, fabrics, appliances and other components have all advanced significantly since these classic trailers were originally manufactured. We are keen to incorporate fresh ideas, concepts, ingenuity, modern techniques and materials. Stay tuned as we evolve! Armadillo Trailers is located in the North Okanagan in British Columbia, Canada.
