The staff worked diligently on all of our custom needs and provided professional insight during the design and construction phases. Arive was very accommodating and kept us informed throughout. The process for us was amazing! Our realtor, Colby, was fantastic and kept us updated throughout the process. Our superintendent, Steve, as well as his assistant, Ed, made us feel like we mattered and they really wanted us to have the home we wanted. We never felt like we didn't have options. Our opinions counted on everything and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for us. Any issue that has come up, as they always do, has been resolved. When the house was almost finished and we had our walkthrough with the Foreman (Gavin) he was so thorough and helpful. We were able to call and text with any questions or problems and he would get right back to us.
