Arise enters into a settlement agreement with previous service supplier
Arise AB (publ) has today entered into a settlement agreement with a previous service supplier and the ongoing arbitration proceedings will therefore be ended. The settlement amount, which shall be paid by the service supplier, amounts to approximately SEK 30 million and is expected to be received in the fourth quarter 2024. Arise AB’s COO, Hans Carlsson, has decided to leave Arise for a new position as CEO for MS WinCon AB. His responsibilities will initially be divided between other members in the group management team.
