Argyle Prestige Meats (APM) is owned and operated by husband and wife team Lachlan and Andrina Graham. APM began working out of our local butcher shop supplying households and a small boutique supermarkets in 2008. We now operate out of our own purpose built processing facility in our local town of Harden and are one of the town's largest employers. We are a strong supporter of the local community and surrounds, supporting a range of different events and charities each year. Lachlan is a fourth generation farmer, working with our herd of cattle and sheep on a daily basis. His passion for agriculture began at a young age. After studying Agricultural Economics at The University of Sydney and two years working overseas, Lachlan moved back to manage the family farming operation at "Argyle". As stud principal of "Argyle Pastoral Angus" since 2002 Lachlan has been the driving force behind the focus on carcasse attributes within our herd's gene pool. In mid 2008, Andrina moved to "Argyle" from Sydney bringing over ten years experience in sales and marketing with her. Utilising her commercial experience, Andrina manages the sales/marketing and PR functions, as well as working closely with the wholesale and retail clients, managing orders, deliveries and in-store promotions.Read More
