Our teams experience includes both foreign and domestic operations - during both calm and conflict. Dominic has coupled a decade of police service with years of providing capacity development and training programs in numerous nations to create a system of services aimed at a diverse multi-sector target audience. He has served in an operational police capacity inside and outside of the United States in destabilized environments. Dominics experience includes acting in an advisory role to foreign police services recovering from conflict, his posts include Unit Chief for the United States International Police Contingent in Kosovo, Team Leader and Lead Instructor to the Iraqi Police Service, and International Police Adviser to the Southern Sudan Police Service Police Commissioners Office. He has assisted foreign partners train hundreds of aviation security cadets and conducted training site inspections and passenger screening assessments on-site in Nigeria. He served in the healthcare security sector by assisting in the management of the security department of a 900+ bed hospital on over 40 acres. Dominic an International Police Instructor and Program Developer certified by the Organization for the Security and Co-Operation in Europe (OSCE).
