Arctic Refrigeration

Arctic Refrigeration was established in 1947 by brothers Henry and Leo Mager. In 1977, after much growth, Arctic became incorporated and moved the operation to its present location at 26 Cedar Street in Batavia. Over the next 8 years, Henry's three sons (Richard, Michael, and William) joined the business to help with the growth and future of the co... mpany. When Henry and Leo "retired" in 1988 and 1991 respectively the three sons took on the roles of corporate officers and operators. Soon after his "retirement" Henry's daughter Teresa took the position of Office Manager becoming the fourth of Henry's six children to take on the family business.
