In 1977, Howard Albert and his wife Paulette opened Arctic Air Conditioning in their Marlboro, NJ home. As a school teacher, Howard initially wanted a part time business for the summer while school was out. By 1993, the business had grown so much, the Alberts knew they needed more space. Howard, Paulette, and their son Ross, who had since joined the business, decided to move Arctic Air Conditioning to a 3,000 square foot building on Vanderburg Road in Marlboro. Due to their continued hard work and customer satisfaction, we once more needed additional space to better serve our customers. In 2009, Arctic Air Conditioning opened the doors to their 16,000 square foot facility in Old Bridge, NJ (08857). This gives them the ability to stock more products ensuring quicker service.Read More
