ARCHway is a small, not for profit, provider of services for children and adults with developmental disabilities including autism spectrum disorders and related challenging behaviors. We consider ourselves a family of professional educators and caregivers who understand the unique challenges presented by these disorders and appreciate the special r... ewards of meeting those challenges. Family involvement is central to ARCHways success. Forty percent of our board of directors are parents of individuals residing in one of our programs. Parents are actively involved in program development and implementation on an individualized basis and regular home visits are an integral part of each persons life. We believe that by working together your family and ARCHways family of professionals will develop strong, lasting relationships that will nurture and strengthen those we support.
