Archimed Tunisia was also on a mission to internationalize its product range, in particular providing support for multiple alphabets (Latin, Arabic, Cyrillic, etc). In 2003, backed by more than a decade of experience in the public sector, Archimed extended its reach to the private sector and offered a software range allowing the resolution of the i... ssues that corporations encountered in the management of information (archiving, collaborative work, mail and invoice management, etc). The following year, Archimed's GED (Electronic Document Management) division was established. Its product offerings are positioned for both the public and private sectors. In February 2008, Archimed opened a branch office in Paris to facilitate commercial relations and to allow projects to be carried out more easily. In September 2009, Archimed created Libfly.com, the francophone social network dedicated to books and reading. In September 2010, Archimed acquired the Grenoble-based company Opsys, 20 years older than itself, which published the library management software Aloès. This move propelled Archimed to the position of leading French software vendor for libraries and document centers.
