In 2008 there was a change of strategy regarding activities of ARNIG ENGINEERING. Its activities were wound down and estate/property Development Company - Archcon Homes Ltd - was incorporated and has been active in real estate developments in Kaduna and Abuja. With over 40-years period of continuous meritorious professional service, the firm has acquired enormous experience and has the human, technical and material resources to render the required services in the management of multifarious projects from design stages up to completion on site for all kinds of sites, including condition surveys and rehabilitation works.
