Archangel Michael & St Tekla

We are a Coptic Orthodox Christian Church parish located in Brampton. We are part of the Coptic Orthodox Church which has its roots in Egypt. The Coptic Orthodox Church (also known as the Church of Alexandria in ancient times) is under the direction of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II. This church was founded by St. Mark the Apostle who came to Egypt... to preach the good news of Jesus Christ not too long after Christ's resurrection. We belong to the Diocese of Mississauga, Vancouver and Western Canada under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Mina. As a church we strive to live out the faith handed down to the apostles by Jesus Christ. We strive to serve and love one another and live in unity with Christ and each other. The church offers many activities for all ages to foster fellowship and unity; there are activities for children, youth, young adults, parents, and seniors.
