About Arcadia Educational Foundation
The Arcadia Educational Foundation is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1981, largely in response to substantially reduced federal and state funding for California public schools. The foundation's sole purpose is to raise funds for the District and is administered by parent and community member Trustees who represent the interests of each of Arcadia's 10 public schools. AEF runs the annual summer school program and offers $25,000 in teacher grants each year. AEF recently donated $840,000 which allowed AUSD to retain 12 staff positions for this school year.Explore more
