ARB is an investment company that holds and manages a portfolio of operating wind assets as well as private company, private equity fund and project equity investments. We invest in climate change driven sectors including renewable energy technologies and services, water technologies and services, waste to value, energy efficiency, biomass and biof... uels, and sustainable agriculture. ARB maintains a portfolio of early, mid, and late stage investments. We seek to partner with established investment firms and other family offices in supporting promising companies, exceptional management teams and fund managers, and innovative public-private partnerships in our target sectors. We hold wholly owned, majority and minority positions and often take board or observer seats. We also manage a number of related investments held personally by Harry Halloran, our Chairman and majority shareholder. ARB's executives provide deep operating experience and investment expertise in the clean technology and renewable energy generation, technology and services spaces. Our most significant contributions to our portfolio companies are often meaningful connections at critical moments of a company's growth. We also collaborate with our colleagues at our affiliate, American Refining Group, when engaging with biofuel and biomass opportunities to enhance our diligence and to provide our portfolio companies with access to industry expertise and selected project partnerships.Read More
