As Aras Performance Group completes its fourth year, I find myself in need of greater connection, and the opportunity to focus on continuous improvement within a single company. To that end, I began seeking employment inside a company with a leadership team I respect, a culture that aligns with my own values, and a position that suits my strengths... and goals. I am confident that I have found that company in Aras client Silhouette International, www.silhouette.com. I am pleased to announce that I have accepted the position of HR Business Partner for Silhouette's US subsidiary, Silhouette Optical, Ltd. I am deeply grateful to all of Aras' clients for enabling us to contribute to their performance goals over these past four years. I am especially thankful for the support and friendship of Stephen Altieri, Donna Seibert, Joe Millington, Linda Hillman, Sheila Barkevich, Rose Miller, and my new boss, Jan Cory.
