Hello to our Ararat Physiotherapy Community, Firstly, we are continuing to operate our services with our advanced hygiene measures in place. Your appointments will go ahead as scheduled. All of your favourite therapist are now offering Telehealth appointments online. We have made changes to our space and operations to enable "social distancing, in... our public areas. We continue to ask you to reschedule your appointment if you have any cold/flu symptoms, even mild. This enables us to continue offering services to the rest of the community. As of midday today, we have ceased all larger group classes, with the exception of Tai Chi which is held in Alexandra Gardens. These classes will be offered online in real time & therapist can see you all on the screen, similar to running a class in the room. You will receive an invoice, but will be donation based. We recognise that at this time, there may be some financial strain. Your health is our priority and we want all of you to have access to your classes. Please pay what you can afford. If you do want to access our classes, please contact our friendly staff and ensure we have your correct email and phone number.
