Aquaseeding Pty Ltd, the company originally founded by Bill Leggatt in partnership with others, was incorporated in 1985. The business commenced operation from its current base in Vermont. Initially the company provided basic Revegetation, Spray Seeding and Erosion Control services by means of Hydroseeding, Hydromulching and Straw Mulching. As the... combined expertise and knowledge base expanded, and as more diverse contracts were undertaken, it became apparent that a modified corporate structure, including a manufacturing arm, was required. Aquaseeding Services Pty Ltd, which was incorporated in 1999, is the contracting arm of the Aquaseeding group of companies. Aquaseeding Resources Pty Ltd was also incorporated in 1999. Aquaseeding Resources Pty Ltd manufactures a range of revegetation, spray seeding, erosion control and beach cleaning equipment together with consumables such as EnviroTack, a Hydromulching tackifier. Whilst some plant items are manufactured for use by Aquaseeding Services Pty Ltd, equipment is generally made to order for local, national and international clients.
