For offshore rigs services, PT. Aquaria Prima is representing Diamond Offshore Drilling. This notably includes participation in and co-ordination of tender activity. In the event of contract award the drilling agreement entered into by PT. Aquaria Prima will be supported by a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA). Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc. as the Parent Company has acquired the companies Zapata and Arethusa and is operating in Indonesia as Diamond Offshore Netherlands BV. Diamond Offshore provides contract drilling services to the energy industry around the globe and is a leader in deepwater drilling. The Company owns and operates one of the worlds largest fleets of offshore drilling rigs, consisting of 30 semi-submersibles, 15 jack-up units and 1 drill ship.
