Aqua Calm

Aqua Calm is a retail pet store that specializes in saltwater, freshwater, plants, corals, aquariums, maintenance, and supplies. The store was founded in November of 2003 by Garrett Kruckeberg, a fifteen year old high school student who was tired of being sold fish that would die within a week. Garrett believed that the mortality rate of saltwater... and freshwater fish would be greatly reduced if proper care would be given to the fish at the retail level, and his experience has proven that this is true. Aqua Calm became a reality when Garrett opened a small one room fish store with ten saltwater tanks that were only ten gallons each. Shortly thereafter, he moved into a larger room with fifteen ten gallon tanks and a fifty-five gallon show tank. Eventually, additional space was obtained and the store now has many tanks displaying a wide variety of freshwater and saltwater fish. There is also a beautiful 150 gallon tank dedicated to corals located in the middle of the room. We have a large selection of fish, aquariums, supplies, and decorations. In addition to our services, we also lease aquariums and provide maintenance cleanings for homes and offices. We will also special order fish and parts upon request.
