Aptech Garden Center, established in 2001, offers world renowned Diploma courses in Information Systems Management and Software Engineering. The Center has now completed 10 years of its existence, and has a rich resource base through affiliations with other I.T. giants such as Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Prometric Testing Center, and Virtual Universi... ty, either directly or through its affiliate - Azfam Academy. Aptech Garden Center is located on 1st floor of APWA Complex, on Aga Khan III Road, opposite I.B.A. (city campus) in Garden East area of Karachi. Located in this central area, and in close proximity of major roads including M.A. Jinnah Road, Rashid Kayani Road and Garden Road, the Academy is easily accessible to students coming from different parts of the city. The Center occupies 7,000 square feet of fully air-conditioned office space, and has 6 computer labs with the latest computer hardware and software, theory class rooms, as well as a cafeteria, a seminar room and a Girls' common room. All our labs have abundant power supplies both through our 105 KVA standby generator and UPSs in each lab, to ensure classes are not interrupted due to power failures or load shedding. Aptech Garden Center, over the years, has enrolled over 3,500 students for Aptech Worldwide's one to three year diploma courses. These Diploma courses are increasingly recognized by leading Universities in the West, as well as in Pakistan, who provide advance placements to our students for their three to four year Degree programs, thus helping students to acquire their Bachelor of Science degrees in parallel with Aptech's Diploma certificate. This gives an edge to our graduating students, who readily find jobs in the second or third year of their Diploma program. The Center is also re-activating its Placement Cell, to help organizations looking for interns or full time employees with particular technical skills to find promising jobs.
