APT Electronics (Guangzhou) Limited (hereinafter referred to as APTE), is established in August, 2006 at Nansha. APTE is a joint venture invested by HK Advanced Photoelectronic Technology Ltd with his China mainland partner. With the registered capital of US$27,000,000, APTE has 35,000 square meters of manufacturing plants and RD bases. And the tot... al investment is up to RMB 1.5 billion. Our target is to set up a production line with the annual capacity of RMB 2.5 billion for LED Epitaxy, chip and module, as well as for the LED lighting products. And finally form large-scale up-middle stream industry chain of the LED line. APT E is one of the top 500 projects of Guangdong modern industry, a new strategic key enterprise to be trained in Guangdong, as well as one of the first batch of ¡°100 talents plan¡± innovating enterprises in Guangzhou. As the manufacturer of the core chips and lighting products on the up-middle stream of LED industry chain, we are awarded of 2011 HK Industry Commerce award: Technological Achievement award. Five series of LED chips and LED lighting products have been authorized as the independent innovated brand of high and new technology of Guangdong Province. The development of APTE has become the sample of successful cooperation in the high and new science and technology area by the enterprises, sciences structures and institutes of Guangdong, HK and Taiwan.
