Apple Tree Academies is a small, family owned group of childcare centers with over 35 years of history and experience. Good enough is never good enough and the company is always in an improvement and upgrade mode for every aspect of operation and facility management. We operate under the trade names of Apple Tree Academies, MY SCHOOL, Carolina Chil... d Development Center, Lionsgate Child Development Center, and My Circle of Friends Enrichment Center. Children, parents and employees are the order of priority and while each demand various degrees of attention at different times, all are taught to co-exist and respect the other in a positive, mannerly, considerate and clean work environment. Quality care will permeate and prosper only when these requirements become the daily mission of all involved. The Management Team of each center consists of what we call Director and Assistant Director. This is the team that should be available to our parent customers by telephone, email or person at all times and this team is the company administrative link for the business side of the center. Open, constructive communication is welcome and expected at all times; even constructive criticism has a place in our daily operation. After all, we are imperfect big people taking care of almost perfect little people. Always working to be one of the best in every market we serve is our goal. Safety and security of the children cannot have off days so those two (2) efforts are implanted into the minds of the employee, the design of the facilities and equipment, thus, must NEVER become a secondary or careless thought in our daily operation.
