Anderson Ln, The Lone Star Sk8 was established as a sullen, quiet skate shop for those that appreciate good gear and a fair price. Fighting the evil recession monster through the year to come The Lone Star Sk8 grew weary of the Bellsouth Beasts ability to understand it was not a skating rink, but a quiet shop born to fight evil and not explain the difference between the rink and ye shop. With the help of Team Apparition, the decision was made to struggle on, but to leave the murky marshes that are Anderson and Lamar and re-establish itself in the friendly and loving atmosphere of the North Loop Quandry. And so it was, that 9-9-08 became the official date of birth for Apparition Skateboards.... if you see the state cemetery, then you are but 100 paces away from our door.
