Our Mission is Your Recovery! In 2002, Kamala Bongiorno, PT and Todd Logic, PT, ATC, the founders of Apex, had a simple goal - help people return to lifes activities. Their passion worked. Patients and physicians recognized the value of the Apex approach. The practice grew. Kam and Todds vision of a customer service oriented, hands-on approach to care attracted like-minded physical therapists to join the team. In Apex clinics today, you will find dedicated therapists providing progressive, hands-on therapy in a friendly environment just like Kam and Todd did back in 2002. Apex Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Physical Therapists. In 2011, Apex Physical Therapy and Excel Physical Therapy merged, forming the largest physical therapist owned practice in the Philadelphia Area.
