Apex Energy is an Australian unlisted public company whose corporate activities and responsibilities are largely controlled by requirements of the Corporations Act. Whilst Apex Energy is not bound by any ASX Listing Rules, Apex Energy is cognizant of the benefits to shareholders and the wider investment community intended by those Rules, and so, wh... erever practical, Apex Energy has adopted those principles and processes as "best practice".
