Established in 1992 Apex Drilling Services Limited was formed to deliver mineral exploration within the coalfelds of South Wales. Following the demise of coal exploration during the mid 90s Apex diversifed into specialist sectors of the drilling industry including geothermal, water wells, contamination drilling, coal bed methane and ground investigation to name but a few. Currently employing 50 employees operating 25 rigs nationwide within a variety of disciplines Apex is at the forefront of todays drilling industry and is the select contractor for the major mining houses, environmental consultants, geotechnical consultants and civil engineering companies throughout the United Kingdom.
