Apartment Mart of Springfield was established in 1998 to manage property owned and to acquire or construct additional properties in the Springfield area. The first property acquired in the Springfield market was purchased in 1998. It is an 86-unit complex located 1615 Westchester Blvd., on the southwest side of Springfield known as Ravenwood Townho... mes. In 2003 we began construction on a new complex at 1600 Toronto Road. Lake Pointe Apartments is a 300 unit complex with a pool, fitness center, free high-speed internet and many amenities not commonly found in the Springfield market today. Apartment Mart of Springfield does not currently manage any properties not owned by the company but has established itself as able to do so. During the summer of 2007, we started a 224 unit complex in Chatham. Apartment Mart of Springfield holds a corporate Illinois Real Estate Broker's License and one staff member is an Illinois licensed Real Estate Broker. Apartment Mart of Springfield office employs 4 full time and five part time agents. Three full time employees hold Illinois Real Estate Salesperson licenses and all staff members are fully trained in all fair housing laws. Our Maintenance staff is on call 24-hours a day and almost all of the staff live on site. Our Maintenance staff is trained in all types of repairs and is certified in many areas of repairs such as heating and cooling maintenance.
