Antelope Energy Company's is a family owned and operated energy company which explores, develops and produces oil and gas reserves in the United States. Antelope Energy is a Colorado Limited Liability Company composed of Reed Gilmore, W. H.Gilmore, Jr. and their families. The company's history dates from 1955 at which time Kimball Gas Products Comp... any, a Texas Corporation was formed by the Gilmore family and others from the Midland and Odessa, Texas area. In 1959, Kimball Gas Products Company, the corporation, was dissolved and all of the assets were sold to the partners of Antelope Gas Products Company. After the dissolution of the Kimball Gas Plant, Antelope owned other assets, primarily oil and gas production and undeveloped leases and has continued to operate as a production and exploration company to the present time. the company maintains offices at three locations, Kimball, Nebraska, Midland, Texas and Denver, Colorado.
