Today, ANMANI has grown and strengthened through the years of experience and attained the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Work Head registration of B1 in the CW01 grading for General Building works, C3 in the CW02 for civil works, L1 in the CR06 for interior decoration & finishing works and L5 in the CR09 for Repairs & Redecoration. ANMANI's paid up capital is $3.3 million. The core business of the company is to provide the whole spectrum of structural and architectural services to the construction industry. Anmani has been working as the main labor subcontractor for structural and architectural trades for many HDB and Private Projects undertaken by some of the major main building contractors in Singapore such as Boustead Projects, Expand Construction, Sun Huan Construction, Wee Hur Construction, Soil-Build Construction, Tong Bee Construction, Capstone Construction, Hon Industries and YHI Corporation, and receiving highest commendations from all of them. With the experience gained, ANMANI has also ventured into projects such as Upgrading, Additions & Alterations (A&A), Repair & Redecorations (R&R), Community Improvement Projects Committee (CIPC), Churches and Residential Buildings as Main Contractor. ANMANI also takes on the construction of individual bungalow houses that demand high standard architectural finishes.
